Woman says she was tailed for an hour in northern Virginia before 11 am. The note she wrote on a napkin saved her life: ‘trust your intuition’

A woman from Alrington, Virginia, claims she was stalked while walking her dog. The woman took to TikTok to warn others in her local community after claiming the man’s behavior made her fear for her life. TikToker Rachel Marie Walker claimed she left her house at 9:30 a.m. to walk her dog. While on the walk, she said she was “approached by a man” who complimented her dog. “I did not stop my trajectory,” she said, “I just said thank you and kept going.” About an hour later, Rachel sat down to have breakfast on a patio where she claims the man who complimented her dog showed up again and sat across from her. “I immediately recognized him and I immediately… my body said, ‘you’re in danger.’” While Rachel initially reasoned it could have been a coincidence that the man should just so happen to appear at the same spot an hour later, what she claims he did next definitely wasn’t something that could be reasoned away. @rachelmariewalker #psa #arlington #nova #virginia ♬ original sound – rach Rachel said the man appeared to be filming her, showing a photo she took of him, with his phone pointed in her direction. She realized him being there may not have been a coincidence after all, and he had possibly been tailing her for an hour. Rachel was left wondering what she could do to escape her alleged stalker. Rachel had to think and act fast She decided to ask a waitress for help by scribbling a note on a napkin. She said she wrote, “This man followed me here, can I leave out of your back door?” She was able to sneakily give the napkin to the waitress, who read it without giving anything away. Rachel claimed the waitress also told her that the man had been filming her, as she suspected. Rachel told her viewers to “trust your gut every time.” The manager then comes out and allows Rachel and her dog to exit through the kitchen without alerting the alleged creep. Despite it being broad daylight, she admits she didn’t know what would have happened had the waitress and manager not intervened and allowed her to sneak out safely. The situation was certainly a scary one for Rachel, who wondered if the man was a trafficker who was possibly profiling her. While she didn’t want to give too much information about the area she lived, for obvious reasons, she did tell her viewers to trust their intuition and be aware of people like the man she encountered.
