MLabs is hiring a full-time Product Designer for a client, a trend intelligence platform used by brand innovation teams, product marketers, social media teams and agencies. Fully remote, open to anyone between US Central (UTC-6) and Central European Time (UTC+1). Core hours are 9:00 to 12:00 Eastern, which is 14:00 to 17:00 UK. Target start is January, with early onboarding available. What you would own: the main dashboard, where users explore trends, generate reports and use LLM features. You would take features from framing to launch with written proposals, user flows, prototypes and Figma specs. You would design the AI experiences (chat, automated reports, inline summaries), including how insights are attributed and how uncertainty is shown. You would own the Figma design system and keep it aligned with the React component library. You report to the Frontend Lead. What they ask for: 3+ years of product design, ideally owning features end to end on a B2B or SaaS product, and a portfolio that shows how you frame problems. Experience with data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, reporting), design systems, and strong Figma. Clear written English, since much of the work is async. The role is product, UI and UX only. No production code, no brand or marketing work. Nice to have: founding or sole designer experience, designing AI features or rubrics for LLM output quality, data visualisation, consumer goods, beauty or food and beverage.
