Tired of product sense prep being flashcards and frameworks, so I built something you play instead

Wait 5 sec.

Hey all. When I was recruiting for APM programs I kept running into a problem: product sense prep is mostly reading frameworks or watching mock interviews. You never actually do the thing under low stakes. So I built Sixth Sense. You get a user and a pain point, design a solution on a whiteboard by picking feature blocks, choose the metrics you'd track, then see how it plays out after launch. It's 100% free, no signup: https://www.sixthsenseproduct.com/ My hope is that you spend a few minutes on it everyday, sort of like Wordle, to gradually build the intuition. It's early, and I'm sure part of its confusing or broken. If anyone's willing, I'd love to know: Was initially using the product intuitive, or did you get lost? Does it feel like real product thinking, or like a quiz? What would make you come back? Be as brutal as you want. If something’s broken, tell me your device/browser. Thank you! submitted by /u/TotalInevitable8224 [link] [comments]
