I turned how recruiters actually screen resumes into a set of rules and built a checker on top of it

Wait 5 sec.

Most resume checkers I tried gave me a number with no explanation, or rewrote my CV into generic buzzwords. I wanted something closer to what happens in a real screen: a recruiter skims, spots a few red flags and decides shortlist or not in under a minute. So we wrote that logic down as rules. HireGPS checks a resume against 40 named risks (things like unclear impact, gaps, mismatched titles) and gives: - a score out of 100 - a shortlist decision - the specific risks it found, each with a suggested fix Because it's rule-based, every point lost has a reason. The methodology is public: https://hiregps.app/methodology My co-founder works in HR and screens applications herself, and her feedback shapes the rules. It's live with a free plan and I'm now looking for honest feedback before a wider launch. Things I'm unsure about: - Is the shortlist decision useful or does it feel too harsh? - Are the risk explanations clear enough to act on?
