I built a profit tracker for Etsy sellers because Etsy's statement shows the sale, not what's actually yours

Hi! I opened an Etsy shop (digital printables) and found that the monthly payment CSV is a long list where every sale becomes 6-8 lines: the sale (including the VAT the buyer paid), transaction fee, processing fee, VAT on each fee, listing fees and renewals. I couldn't tell what a product really earned. My first $3.50 sale left me with $2.64 after fees, and it took me a while to see why. So I built CraftKept - https://craftkept.com/ : upload the Etsy Payment Account CSV (no shop login) it groups the rows back into orders and splits the fees by category you enter product cost once and get profit per order and per product exports for your bookkeeping Stack: Supabase + Stripe + a parser I wrote around real statements (the format isn't documented anywhere, so the hardest part was getting real files). Status: beta. Sales, fees and VAT are tested on real data; refunds and deposits are still marked "to be confirmed" in the app. Pricing: $1 for 30 days, then $4.99/month. I'd love feedback on the landing page, the pricing and whether the problem is real for you or someone you know who sells on Etsy. submitted by /u/CleanBad6088 [link] [comments]
