ETH/USD — Buyers Are Showing Interest, but the Real Test Is StilEtherOANDA:ETHUSDChartSpotterEthereum is hovering near $2,398, and something interesting is happening around $2,300–$2,340. After a prolonged decline, this area has repeatedly attracted buying interest, preventing sellers from pushing the market significantly lower. However, holding support and starting a genuine recovery are two very different things. The descending trendline and Ichimoku cloud still reflect a market under pressure. A move through $2,450 would be an encouraging first step, but the more important challenge sits at $2,500–$2,525. If ETH can establish itself above that region, the possibility of an advance toward $2,775 becomes considerably more relevant. The broader environment is not making things easier. An October 24 report highlighted approximately $1.25 billion in cumulative outflows from U.S. spot Ether ETFs since late September. Meanwhile, weakness in technology stocks and ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty have weighed on risk appetite. A return of ETF inflows and stronger market sentiment could provide the additional support Ethereum needs. For now, the situation comes down to a few critical prices. $2,300–$2,340 remains the defensive area, $2,450 is the first obstacle, and $2,500–$2,525 is where a potential rebound could begin developing into a more convincing reversal. The individual upside milestones remain $2,500, $2,525, and ultimately $2,775. A decisive move below $2,300, however, would undermine the recovery argument and leave ETH vulnerable to another decline. Ethereum has found buyers willing to defend lower prices. What it hasn't found yet is the momentum needed to take control of the trend.
