I run a pay-per-fax thing (ProntoFax, disclosure up front). The number one failure was the number itself. Agencies change fax numbers and leave the old ones in PDFs from 2015. So we scraped every official page we could find and put the numbers in one table with the source link and the date we last checked. SSA offices in every state, state unemployment, Medicaid, IRS by form, FEMA. CSV download, no account. Anyone can submit a number or flag one that didn't work.
