I didn't see one single outrageous item on that wishlist. It makes me sad that someone would judge this mom for posting that (looking at you, OP) and trying to shame her for asking for help! Toys for Tots and the Angel Tree at my kids' school is the only reason my kids had anything for Christmas last year and will be the only reason they get Christmas this year too. I asked for little things on the Angel Tree like board games and small LEGO sets and my two gifters went so above and beyond that I broke down in tears when I received the items.
