I got annoyed that most online PDF editors want you to upload your files or sign up, so I built my own. Tintenfisch runs completely in the browser, no account, no upload, no tracking. You can edit the actual text (it reflows), sign, redact, encrypt, merge and so on. There are also desktop apps for macOS and Windows. It's free and open source (MIT), and I'm not planning to ever charge for it. Try it: https://tintenfisch.app Code: https://github.com/tintenfisch-app/Tintenfisch Would love feedback, especially on what feels clunky. submitted by /u/Boring_Boysenberry54 [link] [comments]
