S&P500 Is this the start of a 1W MA200 correction?S&P 500SP_DLY:SPXTradingShotThe S&P500 (SPX) has been repeating the exact same technical pattern since the March 2020 COVID crash bottom. The market forms a Top after a 1W RSI Lower Highs Bearish Divergence and corrects aggressively near or on its 1W MA200 (orange trend-line) and 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level to form a market Low. The index has been under such a 1W RSI Lower Highs trend-line since May 26 2026. Given that it has already increased by 298606 pips from the its previous bottom, more than the identical 264103 and 261893 pip increases of the previous two Bull Cycles, the probabilities of a new Bearish Leg have increased. So far the current Bull Cycle has a total +62.21% rise, which continues to follow the decelerating rate of the previous two (+76.71% and +119.34% respectively). As result, an equally shorter Bearish Leg than the previous two (-21.14% and -27.42% respectively) can be expected. The current 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level is at 6350 and would be a -19.15% total decline, consistent with the model. Since however that would require an equally strong catalyst as the previous two Bear Cycles (2025 the U.S. - China Trade War and 2022 the Inflation Crisis), if none comes, then it is more likely to see S&P500 bottoming near its 1W MA100 (green trend-line) instead. A fair estimate close to the end of this year would be 6900. If however the 1W RSI hit the top of its Support Zone (30.00), the we will turn long-term bullish again on the S&P500 regardless of the price. --- ** Please LIKE πŸ‘, FOLLOW βœ…, SHARE πŸ™Œ and COMMENT ✍ if you enjoy this idea!
