I kept making learning roadmaps for friends getting into dev, and every tool either wanted an account, slapped a watermark on exports, or locked sharing behind a paywall. So I built freeroadmaps.com using Astro. - Drag-and-drop nodes, attach links/resources to each step - Mark topics Done / In Progress / Skipped, so it works as a personal checklist - Everything saves to localStorage; nothing hits a server - Share links contain the compressed roadmap in the URL itself, so there's no database at all - Export PNG/SVG/JSON, or embed it in a blog/docs page I'd really like honest feedback, especially on the editor UX and what templates you'd want. submitted by /u/whoispranshu [link] [comments]
