Landmark Group has acquired a 22-acre land parcel on Dwarka Expressway for integrated development. The expansion includes a corporate project in Gurugram and mixed-use development valued at Rs 11,000 crores. Landmark One aims to establish a benchmark for office infrastructure with 2.1 million sq ft of leasable area. Rs 330 crores has been raised from SBI for the construction of the first phase.
