I write a lot of long stuff, mostly game scripts and fiction. Every editor I tried either wanted an account, synced to some cloud, or had fifty buttons I never touched. At some point I just wanted a dark screen, green text, and some lo-fi in the background. So I spent a while building that for myself. It's keyboard only, saves on its own, and keeps old versions so I stop worrying about breaking a draft. I added a little lo-fi radio because I always had one playing in another tab anyway. It's been nice to write in, so I put it up on itch. There's a free demo if anyone's curious how it feels. https://ebakssa.itch.io/lofiwriter Mostly I'd love to hear what feels off. Still figuring out what to add next. submitted by /u/Cool_Hamster6637 [link] [comments]
