Hey guys!! Just wanted to get your thoughts on something. I'm building a platform to help people arrange home physiotherapy. It's still a prototype. The booking flow I'm working on is: Choose a preferred visit time. Send a request. See "Waiting for a physiotherapist to accept". Get a confirmation once a clinician has accepted. My concern is that someone could make plans before the appointment is actually confirmed. Would you keep them on that screen until there's a response, or let them leave with a clear pending status and a notification?
