Update: I draw the character by hand, the AI only changes what I circle, and now a high-detail 3D model

Wait 5 sec.

Two days ago I shared my little Mac app, Firstform. Here's an update with a full character I drew myself: I drew her by hand (about 1h20m with my Wacom). When I want a part changed, I circle only that part with the lasso and say what I want. The rest stays my drawing (the slowed-down part of the video). It makes front/side/back views of my design, then a 3D model (Tripo), here on the new high-detail setting. Props like her sword are made separately, so they don't get baked into the body. The model opens in Blender. Still rough in places: the 3D gave her blue eyes she doesn't have, so I'm working on that. A Windows version is in testing. Question for character artists: would you use this to block out a character before sculpting? What would make you trust the AI step more? submitted by /u/Remarkable_Chip_2717 to r/vibecoding [link] [comments]
