I run Lance ou Dégage, a French club of makers who commit to launching a product in 30 days. Instead of a boring member list, I built a 3D open space that runs in the browser (three.js + React Three Fiber, cel-shaded, a bit Sims, a bit Jet Set Radio). What's in it: Every member has a desk, and their product's landing page is on their monitor. Click a desk: they stand up and show you their real site live (when the site allows iframes). A diamond above each head shows their status: on fire, under contract, shipped, on a coffee break, or kicked out (those sleep on their keyboard). The crew's journal scrolls live in a floating side panel. You can create your own character, walk around with the arrow keys, talk to the makers (their lines come from their real posts) and sit at a free desk with your project on the screen. 8 hidden easter eggs. Hint: Konami. Link: https://www.lance-ou-degage.fr/open-space The UI is in French, sorry about that. I'd love feedback, especially on mobile performance and on how it feels to walk around. submitted by /u/B3N0U [link] [comments]
