I filmed an hour of my own basketball practice and gave it to my coding agent. It cut out every make it could confirm. It also caught something I had never noticed: after some crossovers I pull my feet in and reset before I go. Nobody had ever gone through my footage with me, and a coach costs too much. So I built an open-source tool for it. Want to try it? Ask Claude Code or Codex to review your video using mariusCNN/sports-video-coach. It finds the project, reads the guide, and asks before installing anything. You get a page you can read on your phone and a video walking through the review. The tool is free. You pay your own AI costs, and the frames it picks go to your AI provider. The footage is my own practice (the slow motion is frame-interpolated). The voice is AI-generated. If you find it useful, please star it on GitHub. submitted by /u/Ordinary-Figure-1242 [link] [comments]
