Ladle started as MealieCart, a way to send ingredients from a Mealie meal plan to a Walmart cart. I’ve expanded it into a fuller companion app for people who run their own Mealie server. You can browse recipes, cook one step at a time with timers, plan the week, and share an aisle-sorted shopping list with your household. Ladle can also fill a Walmart or Kroger cart using product matches you save. You review the cart and check out yourself; Ladle never places an order. It works with Mealie 2.0 and later. It’s a paid app, $2.99 in the US App Store. No Ladle account, ads, or tracking. It’s independent and isn’t made by or affiliated with Mealie, Walmart, or Kroger. App Store link I’m the developer. If you use Mealie, what’s clunkiest on your phone today: cooking, meal planning, shared lists, or getting groceries into a store cart? submitted by /u/chickpea8765 [link] [comments]
