I’m building LobbyOutPost: from “what changed in my game?” to “who wants to play?” on Discord

Wait 5 sec.

I’m building LobbyOutPost, a Discord gaming project that connects a quick game catch-up with organizing a session. The workflow is: open Pulse, choose a game, then use a structured Squad Up post when you want to play. The product overview shows the interface and explains the setup. One practical lesson from working on the LFG side: “anyone playing?” leaves a lot unanswered. Game, platform, region/language, start time with time zone, session length, open spots, and voice/playstyle make a much clearer invitation. That checklist works even without a bot. I’d like feedback on one thing: after looking at the overview, is it clear what you would do first, or does it introduce too many features at once? Overview: https://lobbyoutpost.gamingsetuplab.com/ Community and practical LFG discussions: https://www.reddit.com/r/LobbyOutPost/ No installation is needed to review the overview. A short reply here is enough, especially if something is confusing. I’m the developer; this is an early project, and I’m looking for useful criticism rather than sign-ups for their own sake. submitted by /u/kiarflow [link] [comments]
