🥗 NASQ Fitness connects your workout plan to the food already in your kitchen — feedback on the idea?

Wait 5 sec.

A workout plan can look great on screen and still be awkward to follow if it assumes equipment or groceries you do not have. Sharing NASQ Fitness as a promotional project showcase, with a specific question for this community: does connecting those two constraints make an app more useful, or does it make onboarding feel too heavy? 👇 The current iPhone app lets you: 🏋️ Choose your equipment, experience and training days for your workout plan. 🎥 Watch technique videos and log weights and reps. 🛒 Select groceries, see recipes by ingredient availability, and edit portions while reviewing calories and macros. 📈 Keep training, food and progress in the same routine. English and Arabic are supported. A concrete example: plan training around the dumbbells you have, then browse meals based on the ingredients you selected rather than starting from an unrelated recipe list. Free to download. Guided workouts, smart meal generation and selected personalization tools require Premium subscriptions. There is also a 0.3.4 update awaiting Apple review with conversational meal planning and editable food-photo estimates. Those AI features are upcoming, not part of the currently available 0.3.3 release.
