Mahindra Lifespace Developers has announced plans to develop a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. The expected gross development value of the project is Rs 1,250 crore, offering around 1 million sq ft of residential apartments. The project, located about 8 km from the airport, is set to launch within the next nine months. With this addition, Mahindra now has three projects in the area, enhancing its market presence.
