You don't have the money you need to support yourself studying abroad, you cannot afford it, you can't even afford the money to lie and pretend you have enough money to study abroad. You realise providing false information is fraud and a crime in and of itself, right? The country you'd be going to can find out and then refuse entry, revoke your visa or push for a criminal conviction since you'd be committing immigration fraud.
