MKBHD is a millionaire he can afford it lol. Why would Disney pay for travel influencers to go to Disney world either? No matter the size, all businesses need marketing to survive, and for businesses that can’t afford huge cpm budgets, influencers/earned media can be an extremely cost effective channel for distribution. I looked up his hotel, ironically there’s a “no assholes” sign on the wall, which given his wildly disproportionate aggressive response to a standard outbound email should be removed.
