I built the most frictionless second brain for ADHD

Wait 5 sec.

I have ADHD and do a million different things (five different sports, acting, studying, meeting new people, learning about AI, etc.), but I barely remember half of what I learn along the way. I've tried organizing everything in apps like Notion, but honestly, maintaining a productivity system always ends up becoming another task I don't want to do. So I built a second brain that I can just text. Here's how it works: Text it anything: something I learned, a random thought, or something someone told me. It automatically organizes everything into sections and connects information to the people behind it (teachers, authors, friends, etc.). Ask it anything about what I've saved, or revisit things I'd otherwise forget. The hack is basically removing the friction of capturing and organizing information, while giving my brain people to attach what I learn to instead of a pile of disconnected notes. (From someone who really wanted to love Notion but just couldn't.) I've been using it every day and would love to hear if it's helpful for anyone else too. Comment if you'd like to try it :) submitted by /u/Lilian_234 [link] [comments]
