By the time I get to my car after a 12-hour floor shift, my brain is completely fried, but my adrenaline is still maxed out. I usually just sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes staring at the steering wheel because I know if I go straight home, I'm going to snap at everyone over nothing. Curious what other people's decompression rituals look like. Do you listen to music, sit in silence, or just need immediate chaos-free quiet? submitted by /u/lawyer1222 [link] [comments]
