fix(AppleMusicBridge): resolve artist URL via lookup API in getIcon (#5170)getIcon() built the artist page URL with a hard-coded artist name("jon-bellion"). Apple now answers wrong names with a 301 redirect,which RSS-Bridge treats as an HttpException, so the whole feed failed.Use artistLinkUrl from the iTunes lookup API instead. If anything goeswrong while fetching the icon, fall back to the default icon so thefeed still loads.Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5
