I made a small desktop room where you move the furniture and your little roommate carries on with their day

Wait 5 sec.

This is Lofi Cozy Room, my released Windows desktop companion. The clip shows the room editor: selecting furniture and moving it around while the little character stays in the room. The idea is to give you something personal beside your work. You can decorate the room and customize the avatar, then let them read, work, rest or sleep on their own. It also has a small dog, lo-fi music, ambient sounds and support for local music files. Mini Mode, notes, a to-do list and a focus timer are included. I'm the solo developer. For a desktop companion, how would you balance the space given to the room and the space given to practical tools? The full game is currently 20% off through November 4, 2026 (KST), and there's a free Steam demo. This is existing gameplay footage, not a new feature announcement. I'll put the Steam and demo page in a comment.
