I built a Twitch stream where the audience plays a puzzle together — looking for feedback!

Hey everyone! I'd like to share a side project I've been working on called OrbiNex. The idea came from a question: what if a livestream wasn't just something people watched, but something the entire audience could actually play together? So I built an interactive puzzle experience using Twitch chat. How does it work? We're currently experimenting with a cat-themed Sudoku-style game called Meowdoku. Viewers can participate directly through chat commands: !cat ROW COLUMN — try to find a cat in a specific cell. !x ROW COLUMN — mark a cell as empty. Correct moves earn points, while incorrect moves lose points. Each player has their own score, and there's a live leaderboard showing who's performing best. The interesting part is that everyone is playing on the same board. The first person to claim a cell owns that attempt, so individual competition happens alongside a shared community goal. Where is the project right now? It's still experimental, but I've already run a 4-hour live session, and the system worked perfectly — including automatic board progression, scoring, and leaderboards. I'm planning to keep improving it over time. Some ideas on the roadmap include: Custom player badges. Interactive channel point redemptions. More ways for viewers to influence the game. Community challenges and possibly prizes in the future. I'd really appreciate your feedback! Does the concept sound interesting to you? What would make you come back to participate regularly? What features would you add? Have you built anything similar or encountered similar projects? If you'd like to see it in action, here's the channel: https://www.twitch.tv/orbinex This is a passion project, and I'm hoping to turn it into something people genuinely enjoy building and playing together.
