Property registrations in the Mumbai municipal region rose by 9 per cent in October, reflecting stronger housing demand. The total registrations reached 12,690 units, compared to 11,649 units a year ago. Stamp duty collections during the same period also saw an increase of 12 per cent year-on-year.
