EURCAD – Oversold at a Major Support Intersection?Euro vs Canadian DollarTICKMILL:EURCADTheSignalystEURCAD has been trading within the falling channel marked in blue, with sellers maintaining control of the recent price structure. However, price is now approaching a particularly interesting technical area where a bullish reaction could develop. 📊 Technical Outlook EURCAD is currently approaching a strong intersection of two technical factors: 🔵 Lower blue trendline, representing the lower boundary of the falling channel and acting as a potential oversold zone. 🔵 Major support structure around 1.55–1.56, an area that has previously attracted buying interest. This intersection creates an interesting area of confluence where buyers could potentially step in. As long as the intersection of the lower blue trendline and horizontal support holds, we will be looking for bullish confirmation and buy setups on lower timeframes. Our preferred scenario is a bullish reaction from this area, initially targeting the upper bound of the falling channel. 📌 Important Note Although we are looking for longs, the current channel structure remains bearish. Therefore, any potential bullish move would initially be considered a countertrend opportunity, rather than a confirmed bullish reversal. A decisive breakout above the upper blue trendline would be needed to signal a potential shift in the broader momentum. Remember: The lower boundary of a falling channel can offer buying opportunities, but confirmation and proper risk management remain essential. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
