Embassy Office Parks REIT leased over 1.5 million square feet of office space in the second quarter. The REIT recorded its highest quarterly distribution of Rs 670 crore for the quarter ended September. Global capability centres accounted for 85% of leasing demand while new leases signed significantly surpassed market rents. The company also acquired additional retail space and completed a new office block dedicated to a US-based global engineering company.
