Where I work we only get 56 hours in callouts for the year before a write up. FYI that’s less than 5 days if you work 12’s. It’s absolutely abhorrent. Not to mention, I work with immunocompromised children. So coming to work sick can literally give them an infection that their bodies can’t clear out.
