The department that handles paperwork has told me that I must be able to recite all of the exact dollar amounts of each paycheck to receive them. I have never even seen them, so I have no idea how to find out this total. I do not have access to the employee resources anymore to figure this out by calculating the hours worked. This includes the day that it was 94° in the building and they closed immediately after my 8 hour shift with no break. So that was just free labor I guess My credit union's adviser said to talk to a lawyer, no clue where to even start there. How do I 'file with the state'? Nothing is coming up for my state in particular, do we not have a department to file this?? they know I'm mentally disabled and don't wanna fight this, I will try regardless.
