Someone (coworker) complained about something really unusual to my manager and I don’t know how to feel about it.

Wait 5 sec.

I popped into my managers office for a form and she asked me if I had two minutes. I said “Of course! What’s up?” She told me that someone had noticed that I didn’t wear a bra to work and had come to her about it. That there is no dress code to dictate what undergarments are worn, but that since she’s my manager she felt like she should let me know. I could tell she didn’t want to talk to me about this. I initially laughed. I didn’t know how else to react. I told her that I’ve worked here for 1.5 years. I’ve never worn one. I don’t ever wear one. I had a breast reduction 4 years ago so that I never had to wear one again. And that I do not plan to start wearing one. I do not wear a form fitting top. I wear a standard crew neck scrub top. The people I’m close with at work told me that it was fucking weird that someone would complain to management about something like that. The more I think about it, the more uncomfortable it makes me that someone thought that was an okay thing to comment on. I just want opinions. submitted by /u/meghanlovessunshine [link] [comments]
