Estetica Clinic Bahria Town has been a huge disappointment. The staff seems inexperienced and lacks the professionalism expected from a clinic performing laser procedures. I genuinely question the level of training and supervision provided to the people performing these treatments. The receptionists stand around chatting and laughing, while even the billing staff seems unfamiliar with basic tasks like operating a debit card machine. I was refused treatment when I visited without an appointment, which I understood. However, even after booking an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour for an underarm laser procedure that took barely 3 minutes! Most disappointing of all, after two proper sessions, I have noticed absolutely no reduction in hair growth or density, nor the expected shedding. I cannot confirm if the machine is genuine but the lack of results has certainly raised concerns. Overall, poor management, unprofessional staff, long waiting times and a disappointing treatment experience.
