I use goose and added the Microsoft learn mcp and a skill to utilize it and while Qwen 35b a3b flawlessly but slowly is requesting data. 9b fails to recognize the skill when I ask about entra without explicitly mentioning something like "use docs" and then subsequently it fails to use the api correctly despite being described in the skill.
