I’m an indie developer, and I originally started building an app just for my own collection… and eventually thought: why not share it with the community? 🙂 I called it : Kardive, a mobile app for iOS & Android. While there are plenty of card scanners out there, I built this one around the things that frustrated me with existing apps: 100% Free & Unlimited: No paywalls on the scanner, no scan limits, free for life. Works Offline: The scanner works without an internet connection. Physical Storage & NFC Deck Box Tracking & deck builder : You can map your exact physical storage in the app every binder, longbox, or Commander deck box. Even better: you can stick a cheap Amazon NFC tag onto a deck box or storage bin, tap your phone to it, and immediately see every card inside without opening it (great for finding which deck is currently holding your Sol Ring or Rhystic Study). It also includes a built-in deck builder! Free 3D-Printable Deck Box Generator: For the makers here with a 3D printer, I also built a custom 3D deck box generator directly on the website. You can customize it to fit your collection/decks and download the files completely free. The app is currently in beta testing (I need testers before I can push the full public release to the stores!), and since we’re just getting started, I would love to get feedback from fellow Commander players on what features would make managing your decks and bulk easier.
