[FOR HIRE] Got a game or app idea but don't have the time or skills to make it? I'll make it for you. (7 years Unity experience)

Wait 5 sec.

Hey! So, have you got a game idea you've been sitting on for ages but don't have the time to actually make? Or maybe you've already started something and you're completely stuck? Well, that's where I come in! I'm a solo game developer with around 7 years of experience working in Unity. I've worked on quite a few projects under NDA, designing and developing games for other people, as well as making plenty of my own stuff. I can handle pretty much the entire development process myself. Programming, game design, 2D/3D art, animations, UI, mechanics, environments, all that lovely stuff. I can work with different art styles too, whether you're after pixel art, low poly, stylised 3D or something else entirely. One thing about me is that when I get into a project, I REALLY get into it I have ADHD and tend to hyperfocus pretty heavily. If I'm working on your game, I'll most likely be putting in at least 12 hours a day, sometimes upwards of 16 or 18 hours. I'm not going to charge you extra for those hours. If we've agreed on a price for the project, that's the price. I just genuinely love making games, and once I get invested in something, I find it pretty hard to stop working on it haha. I only take on one main client at a time. I'd rather go absolutely all in on one project and make something I'm proud of than juggle five different jobs and half arse all them all. I genuinely love developing, and I like being able to give a project my full attention rather than juggling ten different things. I also much prefer working independently rather than being dropped into a big team of developers. Nothing against other devs, I just work best when I'm able to get properly stuck into something and handle it myself. If there's something very specialised that a project needs, like professional level CGI cinematics or a really elaborate musical score, I can also organise outside talent using an agreed part of the project budget. I'll discuss all that with you beforehand, obviously. And one more thing, because it genuinely drives me fucking insane: I don't make AI slop. I'm not interested in pumping out soulless, AI generated shovelware and calling it a game. I actually enjoy making things, and I care about the details, the art and how the finished game feels. I'll keep you updated throughout development, with daily progress updates so you can see exactly what's being worked on. You can be as involved in the creative direction as you like without having to worry about managing the actual development. Interested? Just send me a DM with your idea, what kind of game you're looking to make, and roughly what budget you're working with. We can talk through what's realistic, figure out the scope and work out a price that makes sense for both of us. I'm open to short jobs, prototypes, and bigger projects that might take weeks or months. Since I only take one main project at a time, I'll be choosing whichever opportunity is the best fit rather than taking on absolutely everything. Anyway, if you've been wanting to get a game made but haven't known where to start, feel free to message me! Cheers! submitted by /u/Annual-Repeat-4372 [link] [comments]
