Digital life certificate campaign in Salem Railway Division - The HinduPublished - October 30, 2026 11:13 pm IST - SalemThe Salem Railway Division will be organising Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 5.0 throughout November.In a release, the division said the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare is organising the nationwide DLC Campaign 5.0 from November 1 to 30.
