A recent post about whether or not Chipotle is Mexican food got me to thinking. If Chipotle is not Mexican, it must certainly be Mexican inspired. But it can be too spicy for the Midwestern and northerners, and white frankly, it is offensive that Chipotle has not modified their menu to accommodate our culture. White People Taco Night. It can be every night or even one night a week. Flour tortillas, dices tomatoes, shredded iceberg, pre-packaged shredded cheese, lightly seasoned ground beef, and taco sauce.
