India has extended an invitation to Pakistan for the SCO's civilisational dialogue forum meeting next month. This forum aims to enhance cultural understanding and people-to-people ties among member states. The initiative was proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during last year's SCO summit in China. Despite recent strained relations, high-level exchanges continue within the SCO framework between India and Pakistan.
