Delhi Police confirmed that permission for the Congress rally at Ramlila Maidan remains intact. The Congress aims to protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged electoral irregularities. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal accused the police of interfering with their preparations for the protest. Protests have resulted in more than 100 demonstrators being detained due to increased security measures.
