Hey everyone! I've been working on a small side project called CaffeineTiming. The idea came from a simple question: If I drink coffee in the afternoon, how much caffeine might still be around when I go to bed? I built a free calculator where you can: Enter your bedtime and coffee time. Choose coffee, tea or another caffeinated drink. Estimate how much caffeine remains at bedtime. Add multiple drinks to see their combined effect. Explore a caffeine-over-time chart. For example, using a five-hour caffeine half-life, a 64 mg espresso at 2 PM would leave approximately 18.4 mg at 11 PM in the model. It's an educational estimate, not a prediction of sleep quality. The tool is free, works in a browser and doesn't require an account. Try it: https://caffeinetiming.com I'd really appreciate feedback on two things: Is the calculator easy to understand when you first open it? Is there anything confusing or missing? Thanks! submitted by /u/No_Lie1015 [link] [comments]
