Lodha Developers experienced a 10% rise in sales bookings, reaching Rs 5,037 crore in the second quarter. The company's pre-sales for the first half of the fiscal grew by 7% to Rs 9,670 crore. Lodha has set an ambitious target of Rs 24,000 crore in sales bookings for the current fiscal year. The company also reported a net profit increase of 28% to Rs 1,013.5 crore for the quarter.
