Hey! RN here seeking for advice. 9+ years experience, current experience is Cath Recovery for over 3 years. I have been applying to the major hospitals in Sac and surrounding cities with hopes of moving to the area. I landed 1 interview out of the over 200+ applications. Unfortunately I did not make it past the reference checks. I've been applying for over a year already. When does one call it quits? Or is it still worth pursuing? Any advice?
