They have one of the best teams on the continent and have consistently been one of the top sides to follow in all competitions as the Gunners look to ensure things work differently for them.Arsenal has not relied so much on it this season, and some rivals thought they no longer had that prowess, but at the weekend, when they could not get on the score sheet against Everton, the Gunners scored two goals eventually with the help of set pieces.Arteta on Set-Piece ProwessArsenal remains one of the best clubs in the country and would do their best to ensure that they take advantage of every situation to score and use it as an advantage. That is what Arteta is thinking about when he employed a set-piece coach and wants every moment in matches to count because they could be important. He said on TNT Sports:“Well, there are margins, and [it’s] something that gets repeated throughout the game 10 or 15 times; you have 10 or 15 set-plays and you’re playing against a really low block. They don’t really want to move from there.“It’s another weapon that we had to explore, and we did it.”(Photo by Julian Finney/Getty Images)A Key Weapon for ArsenalArteta’s comments show the importance of set pieces to Arsenal’s success, and the club’s investment in a specialist coach has paid off.
