Final electoral roll after SSR to be published in Cuddalore on January 4, 2027 - The HinduPublished - October 27, 2026 08:06 pm IST - CUDDALOREThe final electoral roll will be published on January 4, 2027 following the Special Summary Revision (SSR) of electoral rolls, with January 1, 2027 as the qualifying date, Cuddalore Collector and District Election Officer Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar said.Chairing a consultative meeting with representatives of recognised political parties at the Collectorate, he said claims and objections could be submitted from November 12 to December 11. Special camps would be held at polling stations on November 21, 22, 28 and 29 to receive applications.The revision and rationalisation of polling stations would be completed by November 2. Claims and objections would be received till December 11 and their disposal completed by December 28. The final electoral roll would be published on January 4, 2027.Applications could be submitted to booth-level officers or at the offices of Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers. They could also be submitted at the respective polling stations during the special camps.
