Hi everyone, I'm one of the developers building Oryh. The idea is simple: keep using your preferred AI agent, such as Codex or Claude Code, and connect it to your company's business records. For example, you ask your agent to file an expense claim or prepare a purchase request. Company-owned Skills describe how that work should be done, tailored to the company's policies and processes. Oryh stores the records, enforces permissions, and keeps an audit trail. We're not building another agent client or chatbot. Oryh is the business backend: customers, products, purchasing, orders, invoices and other records. The agent works with those records through Skills and APIs; its instructions don't override server-side authorization. It's self-hosted, Apache-2.0 licensed, and includes Docker Compose setup. You bring your own compatible agent and model access. GitHub: github.com/AIE-enginehub/Oryh I'd be interested to hear from people already using agents for business administration: which task still sends you back to spreadsheets or manual data entry? Disclosure: I work on Oryh, and AI helped draft this introduction. submitted by /u/CapitalLog7599 [link] [comments]
