Jupiter Wagons Limited (JWL) has secured a Rs 1,140 crore order from Indian Railways to manufacture and supply 2,583 wagons. The company expects to secure additional orders worth around Rs 2,000 crore in the fourth quarter of the current financial year. Demand prospects have also received a boost from a Ministry of Railways tender for 5,800 BOBRN wagons, while JWL is expanding its manufacturing capabilities across the wagon value chain.
