I went to Chipotle location at Charleston st in Mountain View, CA yesterday and to my surprise they wanted to charge extra 50 cents just to put premium sauce (green Cilantro Lime) on side instead on top you already pay for $1 extra. I complained about being charged extra 50 cents to CS which I believe the extra charge should already include it and should not matter whether you want it on top or on the side. Here is their canned response I received: “Thank you so much for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. I am so sorry that this happened. I know that it had to be both frustrating and disappointing. This is not the experience that we want to provide for our guests. I can see how this impacted your experience, and I truly regret the inconvenience. We look forward to serving you again and have a better experience next time. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help!” No I want be back. Not only prices are up stupid high but now they itemize extra for stupid little things.
